Returns & Refund Policy – Essentials Store

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll review the situation promptly and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, such as single-use products (for example: screen protectors).

All other products may be returned as long as they meet the conditions above.

Please note: we cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Thepktjfastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be returned in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
